6. AI Use

We may utilize AI to enhance our development process. This could include tasks like code generation, design optimization, or automated testing. You acknowledge and agree that AI outputs are suggestions and may require human review and modification.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Cloud Innovates provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

18. Payment Terms

18.1 Payment Schedule

Our payment terms vary depending on the type of service:

• Design and Marketing Services: Payment is typically taken upfront before commencing work.
• Website, Mobile and Software Development: We typically require a 50% deposit before starting the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

18.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via two methods:

• Stripe Link: A secure Stripe link will be sent to you for online payment.
• Bank Transfer: We also accept bank transfers. Our bank details will be provided upon request.
